Arm Health & Velocity Class
Focused on players 13 and older, the arm health and velocity class is a 6-week, intensive class focused on strength and flexibility specific to throwing. This class prepares players for the rigors of high school baseball and a demanding select schedule. The class is designed to add sustainable velocity when throwing while also strengthening the arm to prevent against injury.
Focused on more than the mechanics of hitting, the advanced hitting class develops the mental side of a players approach when stepping in to the batters box. This intensive class focuses on developing an approach at the plate, understanding pitch sequencing and helping hitters prepare for the high school and college baseball.
The Dallas Tigers offer a variety of individualized training sessions in 30 and 60 minute increments. Classes are taught by our highly training coaching staff and are focused on teaching to the players ability level based on their age, body type and previous playing experience.
